Michael Ericksen, Managing Partner

         
         
The creator and driving force of Palacio. Michael creates this venture because of a love for the Hispanic culture. He brings with him experience managing emerging market strategies in such areas as mortgage, title, real estate, and P&C insurance. Michael is the Managing Partner and spokesperson for Palacio.          
           

Ed Krafchow, Partner

         
         
Through Ed’s leadership at Prudential California Realty he has grown Prudential California Realty into the 8th largest Real Estate company in the United States. He is a pioneer in online real estate, from eHomeSale and Listing Watch, to PCR’s WebTop Intranet. He is a national keynote speaker in real estate technology and was recently identified by the California Association of Realtors as one of California’s most influential brokers. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from UCLA. Ed has taught Real Estate at UC Berkeley, and is a former lecturer at UCLA.          
           
           

Kathy Ollerton, Director of Training

         
         
Kathy Ollerton has trained over 100,000 sales people in her career. Her focus is helping people transform their lives and assisting them to become productive. She will be a driving force in installing the vision of the company.          

         
           

Melissa Delgadillo, Director of Marketing

         
         
Melissa holds a BS Degree in Communications from Brigham Young University-Idaho. She is currently pursuing her MFA Degree in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Melissa brings with her a background in publication design and real estate marketing.          
           

Christian Ericksen, Director of Technology

         
         
Christian Ericksen has been involved in the technology field since the early 1990’s. Through the years he has consulted for a wide range of clients from small business to large Tier 1 providers. He is also actively involved with many professional organizations that focus on the role that technology plays in our lives. Christian holds a BS from Brigham Young University in Business Administration/Information Technology and a MBA from Regis University.          
           

Oscar Gonzalez, Advisory Board

         
         
Dr. Gonzales has an international reputation as a speaker and author on real estate trends, affordable housing, emerging markets, generational differences, consumer behavior, and business modeling and planning.          
He was recently named by REALTOR® Magazine as one of the 25 Most Influential People in Real Estate Nationwide, and as an “Industry Icon” by BrokerAgent Magazine.          
Dr. Gonzales serves on the Fannie Mae Southwest Regional Housing and Community Development Advisory Council and is active in both the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and the newly formed Asian-American Real Estate Association of America.
