Community Director Description
Palacio Magazine is published through a network of independent business people known as Community Directors (CDs). CDs are highly motivated, sales-driven, customer-focused individuals who sell the Palacio product and make a valuable contribution to their community. Through advertiser prospecting and building key community relationships, CDs build a successful long term business.
CDs are sales oriented professionals who operate their area with the highest integrity standards. They sell ads; help advertisers design ads and write ad copy; take photographs and submit local articles (written by themselves, advertisers, or local experts); submit the materials for production and online exposure; and, finally, they coordinate with Palacio's extensive distribution network to choose the 150 local locations for the magazine to be distributed each month.
Community Directors come from diverse backgrounds but all share this common theme, "results not reasons"?. Area Directors are committed to producing a publication that serves the advertiser and the Hispanic community. Palacio is committed to supporting the Area Directors in reaching their potential and breaking through to their highest level.
Palacio Magazine is not a franchise. There are no ongoing fees or royalties. However, we require a Performance Bond is issued.
